面向中國創(chuàng)新發(fā)展實踐的組織管理系統(tǒng)學構(gòu)建思考

摘要: 基于系統(tǒng)科學理論,聚焦改革開放40年組織管理創(chuàng)新發(fā)展實踐經(jīng)驗總結(jié),提出了面向中國的、系統(tǒng)范式的組織管理理論,嘗試構(gòu)建組織管理系統(tǒng)學研究框架。首先,從實踐訴求與理論不足兩方面指出了構(gòu)建組織管理系統(tǒng)學的必要性;然后,剖析了組織管理系統(tǒng)學的基礎(chǔ)——以系統(tǒng)科學為根脈,以文化淵源為指導,以改革開放40年組織管理創(chuàng)新發(fā)展實踐經(jīng)驗為現(xiàn)實依據(jù),以當代組織管理理論為依托;繼而,提出了組織管理系統(tǒng)學的三大主要研究內(nèi)容,即系統(tǒng)決策原理、系統(tǒng)治理原理與系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)新原理,由此為新時代的組織管理提供理論與實踐指導。
Based on system science theory,focusing on 40 years of reform and opening-up organization management innovation and development practice experience summary,this paper puts forward the theory of organizational management which orients toward China and is systematic,trying to build a research framework of organizational management systematics. Firstly,it points out the necessity of constructing organizational management systematics from two aspects:practical appeal and theoretical deficiency. Secondly,it analyzes the basis of constructing organizational management systematics that taking system science for the roots,guided by the cultural origin,with 40 years of reform and opening-up organization management innovation and development practice experience for the reality basis, based on modern organization management theory. Then,this paper puts forward three main research content of organizational management systematics,namely system decision principle,system control principle and system innovation principle,thus to provide theory and practice guidance for the new era's organization management.
