國(guó)外智庫(kù)的類(lèi)型與評(píng)價(jià)模式研究

摘要: [目的/意義]為了促進(jìn)我國(guó)智庫(kù)發(fā)展,提高智庫(kù)管理與評(píng)價(jià)水平,提升智庫(kù)的國(guó)際影響力。[方法/過(guò)程]從西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家智庫(kù)發(fā)展的理論背景入手,分析不同類(lèi)型智庫(kù)的特點(diǎn),總結(jié)各國(guó)智庫(kù)管理與評(píng)價(jià)模式。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]通過(guò)對(duì)市場(chǎng)主導(dǎo)模式、第三方模式與政府主導(dǎo)模式的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,提出我國(guó)智庫(kù)建設(shè)的對(duì)策與建議。[局限]對(duì)國(guó)外智庫(kù)評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)踐模式反映不夠全面。 [Purpose/significance] In order to promote the development of think tanks in China,this paper aims to improve the management ability and evaluation of think tanks,and enhance the international influence of think tanks in China. [Method/process] The paper analyzes the characteristics of the different types of think tanks,and summarizes the management and evaluation patterns of think tanks in foreign countries based on the theoretical background of think tanks development in western developed countries. [Result/conclusion] The paper puts forward the strategies and suggestions for think tanks construction in China through the analysis of the characteristics of the market-leading model,the third-party guiding model and the government dominant model.[Limitations] In the paper,the reflection of the practical patterns of think tanks evaluation in foreign countries is not comprehensive enough.
