基于中國(guó)語(yǔ)境的組織內(nèi)關(guān)系治理量表開(kāi)發(fā)與檢驗(yàn)研究

摘要: 綜合關(guān)系治理的研究和"關(guān)系"的內(nèi)涵,提出中國(guó)組織內(nèi)關(guān)系治理是通過(guò)人際關(guān)系的互惠義務(wù)和情感實(shí)現(xiàn)彼此約束、激勵(lì)行為,以達(dá)到組織治理經(jīng)濟(jì)性目標(biāo)(降低交易成本)或家庭性目標(biāo)(和諧)的非正式治理方式。然后,通過(guò)扎根方法提出關(guān)系治理的二階五因素模型,其中,結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)定包含集權(quán)程度和特異性知識(shí)兩個(gè)因素;關(guān)系性規(guī)則包含人情往來(lái)、人際信任和關(guān)系權(quán)威3個(gè)因素。最后,對(duì)關(guān)系治理測(cè)量量表進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),為后續(xù)研究提供結(jié)構(gòu)清晰的測(cè)量工具。 "Guanxi" has become a typical situational factor in Chinese management research.Chinese organizations have Guanxi governance activities.This paper comprehensive Guanxi governance research and the connotation of"relationship",put forward Chinese governance organization relationship is with each other through contend reciprocity obligation and emotion which can inspire and constraint each other behavior,then realize the organization economic and family goal.We put forward the second-order five-factor model of Guanxi governance through grounded theory,structure rules contain concentration degree and specific knowledge,relationship rules include three factors:interpersonal relationship,interpersonal trust and relationship authority.Through the empirical verification of the relationship management measurement scale,can provide a clear measurement tool for the follow-up study.
