新型智庫(kù)建設(shè)視角下人文社會(huì)科學(xué)發(fā)展水平評(píng)價(jià)體系研究——以地方社會(huì)科學(xué)院為例

摘要： [目的/意義]中國(guó)特色新型智庫(kù)建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)是人文社會(huì)科學(xué)的繁榮發(fā)展,地方社會(huì)科學(xué)院是中國(guó)特色新型智庫(kù)建設(shè)的重要研究實(shí)體。因此,地方社會(huì)科學(xué)院應(yīng)在新型智庫(kù)建設(shè)的視角下,構(gòu)建適合自身特征的人文社會(huì)科學(xué)發(fā)展水平評(píng)價(jià)體系。[方法/過程]依據(jù)《關(guān)于加強(qiáng)中國(guó)特色新型智庫(kù)建設(shè)的意見》的要求,從三個(gè)方面構(gòu)建了人文社會(huì)科學(xué)發(fā)展水平評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,采用了基于主客觀組合賦權(quán)的評(píng)價(jià)方法和評(píng)價(jià)模型,進(jìn)行了定量評(píng)價(jià)分析。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]基于評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,揭示出了地方社會(huì)科學(xué)院在新型智庫(kù)建設(shè)下人文社會(huì)科學(xué)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),并基于組合賦權(quán)方法得到的關(guān)鍵影響因素,提出了新型智庫(kù)建設(shè)視角下優(yōu)化人文社會(huì)科學(xué)發(fā)展水平的措施。
[Purpose/Significance]The construction of new type of Chinese think tanks is the basis of humanities and social sciences development for the local academy of social science. Therefore the evaluation system of humanities and social sciences development from the angle of construction of new types of think tanks should be built. [Method/Process]This paper builds the evaluation index system from three aspects based on the requirement of the suggestions on strengthening the construction of a new type of think tank with Chinese characteristics.And the combination weighting methods are made to establish the comprehensive evaluation model of humanities and social sciences and determine the weights of the index system.[Result/Conclusion]According to the results of the analysis,we pointed out the shortages of the local academy of social sciences,and give some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the key factors.
