基于系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí)型組織知識存量研究

摘要: 基于系統(tǒng)動力學(xué),從定量、動態(tài)的角度對學(xué)習(xí)型組織進行研究,建立學(xué)習(xí)型組織的系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)模型,對有助于提高學(xué)習(xí)型組織知識存量的因素的作用效果進行了量化,包括單因素的累積效應(yīng)分析和雙因素的協(xié)同效應(yīng)分析。研究表明,當(dāng)組織專注于一個因素的改進時,提高組織創(chuàng)新能力對提高組織知識存量效果最優(yōu),累積效應(yīng)最強;當(dāng)組織專注于兩個因素的改進時,提高組織創(chuàng)新能力并改變組織結(jié)構(gòu),使組織趨于扁平化,協(xié)同效應(yīng)最強。
Based on system dynamics,this study constructs a system dynamics model of learning organization in order to research learning organization from the perspective of quantitative and dynamic analysis. This article quantifies the effect of factors which are helpful to improve the knowledge stock of learning organization, including the cumulative effect analysis of single factor and the synergy effect of two factors. Research shows that when the organization focuses on the improvement of one factor, promoting its innovation capability is most helpful to the improvement of its knowledge stock withe the best cumulative effects. When the organization focuses on the improvement of two factors, promoting its innovation capability and changing organizational structure can flatten the corporate structures with the best synergy effects.
