神經(jīng)信息系統(tǒng)研究:現(xiàn)狀與展望

摘要： 神經(jīng)信息系統(tǒng)(neuro information systems,Neuro IS)是認(rèn)知神經(jīng)科學(xué)理論、方法和工具在信息系統(tǒng)領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用,從全新的方法論視角研究和解決信息系統(tǒng)中的相關(guān)問題.神經(jīng)信息系統(tǒng)的研究主要集中在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與優(yōu)化、信息服務(wù)與決策、社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)與互動(dòng)這三大領(lǐng)域,主要的研究范式可分為情景實(shí)驗(yàn)的研究范式、心理學(xué)及決策科學(xué)經(jīng)典任務(wù)應(yīng)用的研究范式、多任務(wù)多方法結(jié)合三類.神經(jīng)信息系統(tǒng)研究方法有效彌補(bǔ)了傳統(tǒng)信息系統(tǒng)研究存在的不足,減少了應(yīng)答偏誤、實(shí)現(xiàn)了用戶心理過程的準(zhǔn)確測量并探索了用戶決策的神經(jīng)機(jī)制,發(fā)展和深化了信息系統(tǒng)的研究手段和理論基礎(chǔ).神經(jīng)信息系統(tǒng)研究在補(bǔ)充和豐富現(xiàn)有理論的基礎(chǔ)上,通過探索和發(fā)現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)信息系統(tǒng)領(lǐng)域中尚未解決以及存在爭議的問題,揭示用戶信息決策的機(jī)制,打開"黑箱",推動(dòng)信息系統(tǒng)科學(xué)研究向"更客觀,更深入"的方向發(fā)展.當(dāng)前數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)蓬勃發(fā)展,神經(jīng)信息系統(tǒng)方向的發(fā)展為從事信息系統(tǒng)研究的學(xué)者提出了新的歷史使命,創(chuàng)造了新的歷史機(jī)遇.
Neuro information system is the application of cognitive neuroscience theories,methods,and tools in the field of information systems. It studies and solves the problems in information systems from a new methodological perspective. Neuro information system studies focus on three fields: System design and optimization,information service and decision-making,and social networks and interactions. The main research paradigms can be divided into three categories: The paradigm of information system experiment,the application of psychology and decision science in information systems,and the combination of multiple tasks and multiple methods. The methods of neuro information system can effectively make up for the disadvantages of traditional information system studies by controlling response bias,realizing the precise measurement of user's psychological process,exploring the neural mechanism of user decision-making,and developing the method and theory of information system research. By exploring the problems which traditional information system have not solved or where there are still controversies,neuro information system study can enrich the existing theory,reveal the mechanism of user information decision-making,open the "black box",and promote the information system to be "more objective"and"more in-depth". The research theories and methods in neuro information system put forward a new historical mission for the scholars,and create new historical opportunities.
