論內(nèi)參型智庫報告的撰寫策略

摘要： [目的/意義]不少社科專家會寫學術(shù)論文不會寫內(nèi)參型智庫報告,跟不上智庫建設(shè)需要。豐富中國寫作學、公文學、文獻學、智庫學理論,提升智庫建設(shè)水平需要研究內(nèi)參型智庫報告的撰寫策略。[方法/過程]厘定智庫咨政文本的基本類型,提煉內(nèi)參型智庫報告的結(jié)構(gòu)框架,呈現(xiàn)內(nèi)參型智庫報告的撰寫技術(shù)。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]內(nèi)參型智庫報告有三段式、平行式、準三段式、兩段式、四段式、五段式6種結(jié)構(gòu)和"問題+原因+對策"等27種內(nèi)容架構(gòu)可選擇,需要注重精選話題、精致表達、精提對策、精煉篇幅、精美呈現(xiàn)。
[Purpose/significance] Many philosophy and social science workers can write academic papers but cannot write the internal reference type think tank report, which cannot keep up with the need of think tanks construction. To enrich the theory of Chinese writing, public literature, philology and think tank science, it is necessary to study the report writing of internal reference type think tank to improve the level of think tank construction. [Method/process] This paper defined the basic types of the political advisory text in think tank, refined the structure of the text, and constructed the writing techniques of the text. [Result/conclusion] In the internal reference think tank report writing, there are six kinds of structure including three-paragraph, parallel, quasi-three-paragraph, two-paragraph, four-paragraph and five-paragraph, and 27 kinds of content structure including "problem-cause-countermeasure" and so on. It also requires a selection of topics, elaborate expression, refined countermeasures, refined length and exquisite presentation.
