“單位意識(shí)”形塑研究——以“單位文藝”的促進(jìn)作用為視角

摘要： "單位意識(shí)"是"單位人"在相對(duì)封閉的單位組織中形成的一種普遍的、具有同質(zhì)性的觀念和習(xí)性,以"單位人"對(duì)單位組織的依附性作為主要特征。"單位意識(shí)"是在特定體制環(huán)境中,單位組織主觀引導(dǎo)和"單位人"內(nèi)化與互動(dòng)過程中形成的,單位組織內(nèi)部不斷運(yùn)用多重手段對(duì)"單位人"的觀念和習(xí)性進(jìn)行積極方向的形塑,其中"單位文藝"因組織策劃易于把控,表現(xiàn)形式多樣,內(nèi)容易于職工群眾接受而成為"單位意識(shí)"形塑的重要手段。
"DanWei Consciousness" is a universal and homogenous concept and habit formed by "People in DanWei" in relatively closed organizations. It is mainly characterized by the dependence of "People in DanWei" on organizations. With the development of the system, it has gradually formed a complex formation with multiple ideological tendencies, such as collectivism, equalitarianism, blindness, and conservatism. The "DanWei Consciousness" has been formed in the process of subjective guidance of organizations and internalization and interaction of "People in DanWei" in a specific historical environment. The DanWei constantly uses multiple ways to shape the concept and habits of "People in DanWei" in a positive direction. Among them,"literature and art" has become a significant way for the formation of "Danwei Consciousness" because it is easy to control in the planning process, it has various forms of expression, and the content of it is easily accepted by the masses of workers.
