中外智庫(kù)評(píng)價(jià)研究與排名

摘要： 伴隨智庫(kù)建設(shè)熱的興起,智庫(kù)評(píng)價(jià)和排名成為智庫(kù)研究領(lǐng)域的熱點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。國(guó)外學(xué)者先行對(duì)智庫(kù)評(píng)價(jià)研究,從不同角度探索和評(píng)價(jià)智庫(kù)的影響力、功能的發(fā)揮和背后的制度差異;中國(guó)學(xué)者主要開(kāi)展智庫(kù)影響力評(píng)價(jià)和綜合評(píng)價(jià)。相較于智庫(kù)評(píng)價(jià)研究,中國(guó)對(duì)智庫(kù)評(píng)價(jià)排名比國(guó)外更活躍,眾多學(xué)者和機(jī)構(gòu)開(kāi)展了智庫(kù)評(píng)價(jià)和排名。未來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)智庫(kù)評(píng)價(jià)和排名實(shí)踐競(jìng)爭(zhēng)將日趨激烈;基于公共數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái)和大數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),評(píng)價(jià)方法將實(shí)現(xiàn)定性和定量相結(jié)合等多元評(píng)價(jià)方法,評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果更具科學(xué)性和客觀性;評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象會(huì)進(jìn)一步細(xì)分,維度和指標(biāo)體系更具本土化,并充分發(fā)揮智庫(kù)評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)于智庫(kù)建設(shè)的導(dǎo)向作用。
With the rise of the construction of think tanks,the evaluation and ranking of think tanks have become a hot topic and a difficult issue.Foreign scholars,who firstly researched on think tanks,studied and evaluated the influence,function and institutional difference of think tanks from different angles.Chinese scholars mainly carried out the influence evaluation and comprehensive evaluation of think tanks.Compared with the evaluation research of think tanks,domestic think tanks ranking is more active than that at abroad.Many scholars and institutions have implemented the evaluation and ranking of think tanks.The competition of domestic think tanks evaluation and ranking practice will be increasingly fierce in the future.Based on the public data platform and big data,the evaluation method will realize the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,and the evaluation results will be more scientific and objective.The evaluation object will be further subdivided,and the dimension and index system will be more localized,which will fully play the guiding role of think tanks evaluation on the construction of think tanks.
