北京市科技服務業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)拉動作用研究——基于非競爭型投入產(chǎn)出表

摘要: 基于北京市2012年42部門投入產(chǎn)出表編制非競爭型投入產(chǎn)出表,測算科技服務業(yè)及其包含的四個行業(yè)與經(jīng)濟增長的關系和對產(chǎn)業(yè)的拉動作用,研究表明,科技服務業(yè)與經(jīng)濟增長關聯(lián)度較高,對經(jīng)濟增長貢獻度高于第一、二產(chǎn)業(yè)及除去科技服務業(yè)的第三產(chǎn)業(yè);科技服務業(yè)拉動增加值能力較強,而拉動總產(chǎn)出能力只略高于平均水平;科技服務業(yè)中的科學研究和技術服務業(yè)拉動增加值能力及營業(yè)盈余占總產(chǎn)出比例都低于金融業(yè)。所以北京發(fā)展科技服務業(yè),首要任務是提高研發(fā)效率,加強成果轉(zhuǎn)化,從而提高產(chǎn)品附加值,提高科學研究和技術服務業(yè)拉動增加值能力。
Based on the input-output table of Beijing in 2012, the author has compiled the non-competitive input-output table of Beijing and calculated the relationship between science and technology service industry and the economic growth, and the driving effect on the industry. The conclusions are as follows: First, the correlation between the science and technology service industry and the economic growth is higher, and the contribution to the economic growth is higher than the first, second industry and the third industry without the science and technology service industry.Second, the driving effect of science and technology service industry on industries added value is greater, but the driving effect on industries total output is only a little higher than average level. Thirdly, scientific research and technical services are lower than those of the financial sector on the capacity of driving added value and the ratio of operating surplus to total output. Therefore, the primary task of developing science and technology service industry in Beijing is to improve the efficiency of R&D, strengthen the transformation of achievements, so as to improve the added value of products, and enhance the ability of scientific research and technology service industry to promote added value.
