基于POI數(shù)據(jù)的貴陽市服務(wù)業(yè)空間格局及其影響因素

摘要： 基于貴陽市中心城區(qū)178 749條POI數(shù)據(jù),采用核密度分析、平均最近鄰分析和區(qū)位熵分析,從服務(wù)業(yè)整體和分行業(yè)方面,探討貴陽市服務(wù)業(yè)空間分布格局及其影響因素.研究發(fā)現(xiàn):①貴陽市中心城區(qū)服務(wù)業(yè)已基本形成"雙核多組團"的結(jié)構(gòu),極化成核現(xiàn)象顯著,呈現(xiàn)出核心—邊緣的空間結(jié)構(gòu);空間上整體呈"Y"型分布形態(tài),主要分布在交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心性好和地勢低平的地區(qū);②服務(wù)業(yè)分行業(yè)視角下,不同類型服務(wù)業(yè)的數(shù)量和集聚程度差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義;存在明顯的核心—邊緣空間結(jié)構(gòu),具體分布模式呈現(xiàn)3種類型;專業(yè)化功能區(qū)差異明顯,在城市邊緣更易于形成專業(yè)化集聚區(qū);③交通、地形、人口、城市規(guī)劃是影響服務(wù)業(yè)布局的主要因素.最后從規(guī)劃視角提出城市服務(wù)業(yè)布局優(yōu)化的策略,對山地城市規(guī)劃具有指導(dǎo)意義.
Based on the POI data of 178749 of Guiyang central city, by kernel density analysis, average nearest neighbor analysis and location entropy analysis, the spatial distribution pattern and influencing factors of service industries in Guiyang from the overall and sub-industry of service industries have been explored in this paper. It has been found in the research that, 1) The service industries in Guiyang has basically formed a "dual-nuclear multi-group" structure. The polarization nucleation phenomenon is remarkable, showing a core-edge spatial structure. The space is generally in a "Y"-shaped distribution pattern, mainly distributed in the center of the transportation network and low-lying areas. 2) Sub-industry of service industries showed that the number and concentration of different types are significantly different. There is obvious core-edge space structure, and the specific distribution pattern presents three types. Specialized functional areas have obvious differences, and it is easier to form specialized agglomeration areas at the edge of the city. 3) The main factors affecting the spatial distribution of the service industries are transportation, terrain, population, and urban planning. Finally, proposing the strategy of optimizing the layout of urban service industries from the perspective of planning, which has guiding significance for mountain city planning.
