摘要： "管理學(xué)在中國"2018年會(huì)(第11屆)圍繞"UACC時(shí)代的管理智慧"這一主題,立足當(dāng)下中國管理實(shí)踐的新情境,充分探討了在充滿不確定性、模糊性、復(fù)雜性以及多變性的UACC時(shí)代背景下如何進(jìn)行管理理論的創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展。結(jié)合大會(huì)報(bào)告、會(huì)議論文,以及現(xiàn)場交流情況對相關(guān)主要學(xué)術(shù)觀點(diǎn)進(jìn)行述評。 Themed on "Management Wisdom of UACC Era"and based on the new situation of Chinese management practice,the 2018 Annual Conference on Management in China(11 th)focused on the reflection and dialogue of management theory research and practice exploration,as well as fully explored and discussed how to innovate and develop the management theory under the background of the UACC era,which is full of uncertainty,ambiguity,complexity and changeability.Based on the conference reports,on-spot discussions and papers,we made a review on the main viewpoints about the conference.
