生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的集聚能否促進區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力的提高?——基于廣東省21個地級市的計量分析

摘要： 采用空間計量模型研究廣東省21個地級市2007—2016年生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的集聚對區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力的影響。實證表明,廣東省21個地級市的區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力存在正空間自相關(guān)關(guān)系,生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的集聚、人力資本可以促進區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力的提高,但生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的集聚-人力資本-區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力的結(jié)構(gòu)還未形成;進一步研究時將廣東分為珠三角和粵東西北地區(qū),實證表明,與粵東西北地區(qū)相比,珠三角地區(qū)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集聚對區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力的正向促進作用更顯著;無論是在珠三角還是在粵東西北,人力資本對區(qū)域創(chuàng)新都起到了重要作用。最后,提出相關(guān)的政策建議。
Using spatial econometric model for panel data of 21 cities in Guangdong among 2007-2016,this paper studies the relationship of producer services agglomeration and regional innovation.The empirical results show that regional innovation has a positive spatial autocorrelation within the cities; producer services agglomeration and human capital can promote regional innovation,but the chain structure of producer services agglomeration-human capital-regional innovation has not formed. In Pearl River Delta region, producer services agglomeration is a more obvious factor. Whether in the Pearl River Delta region or the non-Delta region,human capital is a major factor to promote regional innovation.Based on this,the paper puts forward some suggestions.
