垂直專業(yè)化分工與服務(wù)業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率——基于中國服務(wù)業(yè)分行業(yè)的實證研究

摘要： 本文利用WIOD的2005～2014年世界投入產(chǎn)出表,分析垂直專業(yè)化分工對中國服務(wù)業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率的影響。研究結(jié)果顯示,服務(wù)業(yè)垂直專業(yè)化與全要素生產(chǎn)率之間存在正相關(guān)關(guān)系,提高垂直專業(yè)化水平有助于全要素生產(chǎn)率增長。進(jìn)一步研究發(fā)現(xiàn),服務(wù)業(yè)垂直專業(yè)化主要通過促進(jìn)技術(shù)進(jìn)步來提升全要素生產(chǎn)率增長,而對技術(shù)效率和規(guī)模效率的提升沒有顯著影響。分組估計結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),在垂直專業(yè)化水平較高的服務(wù)業(yè)行業(yè),垂直專業(yè)化主要通過促進(jìn)技術(shù)進(jìn)步來提升全要素生產(chǎn)率增長,而低垂直專業(yè)化服務(wù)業(yè)行業(yè)則通過提升規(guī)模效率來促進(jìn)全要素生產(chǎn)率增長。據(jù)此,進(jìn)一步深化服務(wù)業(yè)垂直專業(yè)化分工、引導(dǎo)服務(wù)業(yè)FDI的行業(yè)流向是未來提升服務(wù)業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率的可行之策。
Using the world input and output table of WIOD between the years of 2005 and 2014, this paper analyzes the impact of the vertical specialization of China's service industry on its total factor productivity. The results show that there is a positive correlation between the vertical specialization of service industry and its total factor productivity, the rise of the vertical specialization level will contribute to the increase of the total factor productivity. Further research shows that the vertical specialization of the service industry promotes the growth of the total factor productivity mainly through enhancing the technological progress in the service industry, while it has no significant impact on the promotion of the technical efficiency and the scale efficiency. Group estimates find that, in the sectors with higher degree of the vertical specialization, the vertical specialization promotes the growth of TFP mainly by promoting the technological progress, while in the sectors with lower level of the vertical specialization, it is through the channel of increasing the scale efficiency to promote the growth of TFP. The conclusions of this paper show that further deepening the vertical specialization in the service industry, and guiding the FDI flows in the service industry are feasible ways to improve TFP in the service industry in the future.
