生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集聚提升城市經(jīng)濟(jì)增長質(zhì)量了嗎?

摘要： 研究目標(biāo):探究生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集聚對城市經(jīng)濟(jì)增長質(zhì)量的影響機(jī)制。研究方法:運(yùn)用空間杜賓(SDM)模型對2003～2015年中國283個地級及以上城市面板數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行空間計量分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集聚顯著提升了本地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長質(zhì)量,但對鄰近地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長質(zhì)量卻產(chǎn)生了抑制作用,且該影響效果因生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)行業(yè)和城市規(guī)模等級不同而存在明顯的異質(zhì)性特征。研究創(chuàng)新:從動能轉(zhuǎn)換、結(jié)構(gòu)升級、增長效率、節(jié)能減排、成果分享等方面系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建了生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集聚對城市經(jīng)濟(jì)增長質(zhì)量的作用機(jī)制及中國城市經(jīng)濟(jì)增長質(zhì)量測度指標(biāo),并從行業(yè)及城市規(guī)模異質(zhì)性視角探討了生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集聚對城市經(jīng)濟(jì)增長質(zhì)量的直接效應(yīng)和空間外溢效應(yīng)。研究價值:為依托生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集聚推動城市經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)高質(zhì)量增長提供有益借鑒。
Research Objectives: This article is to explore the mechanism of the agglomeration of producer services impacting on the quality of urban economic growth. Research Methods: Spatial Durbin model is used to carry out spatial econometric analysis on the panel data of prefecture level or above during the year 2003～2015. Research Findings: The agglomeration of producer services is conducive to improving the quality of economic growth in local city, but has a significantly negative spatial spillover effect on the adjacent cities, which is obviously heterogeneous due to the different types of producer services and city scales. Research Innovations: From the aspects of kinetic energy conversion, structure upgrading, growth efficiency, energy saving and emission reduction, and the sharing of economic developing results, the mechanism of the agglomeration of producer services impacting on the quality of urban economic growth and the index of the quality of China's urban economic growth are constructed. From the perspective of industrial and city scale's heterogeneity, the direct effect and spatial spillover effect of the agglomeration of producer services on the quality of urban economic growth are deeply discussed. Research Value: It provides theoretical references for promoting the urban economy to achieve high quality growth through the agglomeration of producer services.
