生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集聚促進(jìn)能源利用結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化了嗎?——基于動態(tài)空間杜賓模型的實(shí)證分析

摘要： 基于31個(gè)省區(qū)市的面板數(shù)據(jù),采用動態(tài)空間杜賓模型探討生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集聚對能源利用結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,結(jié)果顯示:生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)專業(yè)化集聚有助于促進(jìn)本地區(qū)能源利用結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化,但對周邊地區(qū)能源利用結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化卻產(chǎn)生了負(fù)向空間外溢效應(yīng);生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)多樣化集聚對本地區(qū)和相鄰地區(qū)的能源利用結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化均具有明顯的促進(jìn)作用,且長期影響大于短期影響。進(jìn)一步研究發(fā)現(xiàn),科學(xué)研究和技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)及環(huán)境治理和公共設(shè)施管理業(yè)的專業(yè)化和多樣化集聚均顯著促進(jìn)了本地區(qū)和周邊地區(qū)的能源利用結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化;交通運(yùn)輸倉儲和郵政業(yè)、批發(fā)零售業(yè)、租賃和商務(wù)服務(wù)業(yè)專業(yè)化和多樣化集聚僅對本地區(qū)能源利用結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化具有促進(jìn)作用,對周邊地區(qū)未產(chǎn)生積極影響;信息傳輸、計(jì)算機(jī)服務(wù)和軟件業(yè)集聚對能源利用結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的促進(jìn)作用僅有長期效應(yīng)而無短期影響;金融業(yè)專業(yè)化和多樣化集聚在短期和長期均顯著抑制了本地區(qū)和周邊地區(qū)能源利用結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化。
Based on the panel data of 31 provinces and municipalitres,this paper uses the dynamic Spatial Durbin Model to study the effect of the agglomeration of productive services on energy utilization structure. The results show that,the specialized agglomeration of productive services helps to promote the optimization of energy utilization structure in the local regions themselves,but the optimization of the energy utilization structure in the surrounding areas has produced negative spatial spillover effect,and the long-term impact is greater than the short-term one. Further studies show that,the specialized agglomeration and diversified agglomeration of scientific research and technical services,environmental governance and public facilities management have significantly promoted the optimization of energy utilization structure in the local and neighboring regions.However,the specialized agglomeration and diversified agglomeration of transportation,warehousing and postal services,wholesale and retail,leasing and business services only promote the optimization of energy utilization structure in local regions,and have no positive impact on the surrounding areas. And the promotion effect of specialization of information transmission,computer services and software on the optimization of energy utilization structure only has long-term effect,without short-term effect. The specialized agglomeration and diversified agglomeration of the financial industry significantly inhibits the optimization of energy utilization structure in local and surrounding provinces,whether in the short or long term.
