城市知識創(chuàng)新型服務(wù)業(yè)空間布局特征與模式研究——以南京市城區(qū)為例

摘要: 在知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時代,隨著知識型經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展與深化,知識創(chuàng)新型服務(wù)業(yè)開始出現(xiàn)并快速發(fā)展,成為城市現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的重要組成部分,由此帶來的城市服務(wù)業(yè)布局變化將成為城市業(yè)態(tài)調(diào)整的核心問題。本文以南京為例,利用業(yè)態(tài)分布的POI數(shù)據(jù),綜合運用核密度分析、空間自相關(guān)、熱點分析、區(qū)位熵等方法,從等級與結(jié)構(gòu)的視角探究知識創(chuàng)新型服務(wù)業(yè)在南京市城區(qū)的空間分布,并進(jìn)一步歸納衍生空間布局結(jié)構(gòu)模型,探索產(chǎn)業(yè)空間布局的一般規(guī)律。
Along with the continuous development of knowledge economy in the era of knowledge economy, innovative service industry has started to emerge and develop rapidly, becoming an important part of urban modern service industry. Thus, the spatial layout changes of urban service industry will become the core issue of urban format adjustment. Based on the POI data, this study takes Nanjing city as an example. From the perspective of level and structure, this study uses the methods of kernel density analysis, spatial autocorrelation, hotspot analysis, location quotient and so on to explore the spatial distribution of innovative service industry in Nanjing, and further induces the spatial distribution structure model, in order to explore the general rules of industrial space layout.
