組織情境中追隨動(dòng)機(jī)的概念、模型與測(cè)量

摘要： 追隨動(dòng)機(jī)是追隨領(lǐng)域的一個(gè)重要主題,但到目前為止,學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)其內(nèi)容與結(jié)構(gòu)的探討較少。結(jié)合因果取向理論和P-A理論提出了追隨動(dòng)機(jī)的概念及模型,并運(yùn)用質(zhì)性研究方法初步確定了本土組織情境下追隨動(dòng)機(jī)的測(cè)量題項(xiàng);隨后以探索性因素分析和驗(yàn)證性因素分析對(duì)題項(xiàng)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn);最終開(kāi)發(fā)了一個(gè)包含2個(gè)因子9個(gè)題項(xiàng)的測(cè)量量表。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),追隨動(dòng)機(jī)由關(guān)系訴求和參照調(diào)節(jié)兩個(gè)一階因子組成,測(cè)量題項(xiàng)具備較好信度與效度。研究結(jié)果進(jìn)一步補(bǔ)充和完善了關(guān)于追隨動(dòng)機(jī)內(nèi)容域的認(rèn)知,有利于推進(jìn)追隨動(dòng)機(jī)理論的實(shí)證研究,同時(shí),也為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者了解和把握追隨者心理提供了理論參考。
Followership Motivation is an important topic in the followership field.So far,few discussions about it can be found.Based on the theory of causalityorientations and P-A theory,this study proposes the concept and model followership motivation.And we use qualitative method to explore some measurement items of followership motivation.Then,Exploratory Factor Analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis have been carried out,and finally a scale of 2 dimensions including 9 items has been developed.The results show that " Followership Motivation" consists of two first-order factors,naming "reference regulation" and "relationship orientation",and their measurement items have a good reliability and validity.The results fill and improve existing cognition domain about Followership Motivation,and it is helpful to promote some relative empirical studies.In addition,it is also helpful for leaders going deep into followers.
