南京軍區(qū)“醫(yī)云工程”建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀與展望

摘要： 目的:分析南京軍區(qū)"醫(yī)云工程"建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,展望"醫(yī)云工程"未來。方法:調(diào)查分析南京軍區(qū)"醫(yī)云工程"目前開展情況,研究其存在的主要問題和發(fā)展愿景。結(jié)果:各醫(yī)院按照軍區(qū)部署要求,切實(shí)加強(qiáng)組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo),嚴(yán)格落實(shí)責(zé)任制,齊心協(xié)力推進(jìn)"醫(yī)云工程"建設(shè),但同時(shí)也面臨著多種挑戰(zhàn)。結(jié)論:"醫(yī)云工程"緊貼"十二五"軍隊(duì)醫(yī)院建設(shè)的總體思路,將有效提升醫(yī)院信息化內(nèi)涵建設(shè),助推數(shù)字化醫(yī)院建設(shè)轉(zhuǎn)型轉(zhuǎn)變。
Objective:Present situation of construction of Medical Cloud Project in Nanjing military region and the future of Medical Cloud Project are analyzed.Method:Present situation of Medical Cloud Project of Nanjing military region is investigated and analyzed.The main problems and development vision are studied.Results:In accordance with deployment ad requirements of the military region,the hospitals strengthen organizational leadership,strictly implement the responsibility system,and promote the construction of Medical Cloud Project.However,they also face many challenges.Conclusion:Medical Cloud Project follow the overall thinking of construction of military hospital of the 12th Five-Year Plan.It will effectively enhance the information connotation construction of hospital,and promote digital hospital construction and transformation.
