南京軍區(qū)“醫(yī)云工程”組織管理模式與運(yùn)行機(jī)制

摘要: 為加強(qiáng)對(duì)"醫(yī)云工程"的組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo),保障"醫(yī)云工程"各項(xiàng)任務(wù)、目標(biāo)要求、實(shí)施方法和督促檢查等各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)落到實(shí)處,南京軍區(qū)衛(wèi)生部專門(mén)成立了"醫(yī)云工程"指導(dǎo)委員會(huì)、"醫(yī)云工程"工作小組、"醫(yī)云工程"研究實(shí)驗(yàn)中心和"醫(yī)云工程"辦公室,負(fù)責(zé)全區(qū)醫(yī)院實(shí)施"醫(yī)云工程"的組織協(xié)調(diào)、統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃、技術(shù)指導(dǎo)、科研培訓(xùn)、考核評(píng)估等工作,對(duì)"醫(yī)云工程"實(shí)行全方位、全過(guò)程管控。 To strengthen the organizational leadership of medical cloud project,guarantee the implementation of various tasks,targets and requirements,methods and inspections,the Health Department of Nanjing Military Command established steering committee, working group,research laboratory and office for medical cloud project,which not only take charge of organizing and coordinating, overall planning,technical guidance,scientific training,examination and evaluation of the implementation of medical cloud project in the whole region,but also control the progress of medical cloud project in all aspects.
