基于數(shù)字化集成的野戰(zhàn)醫(yī)療綜合保障平臺(tái)研制

摘要： 針對(duì)西南地區(qū)特點(diǎn)和醫(yī)院使命任務(wù),將涉及日常醫(yī)療活動(dòng)的檢查診療設(shè)備進(jìn)行數(shù)字化改造后集成至兩臺(tái)11m長(zhǎng)的車上,形成具有醫(yī)技綜合功能的保障車,將一臺(tái)集裝箱車進(jìn)行柵格化改造形成一綜合的多功能藥房,并將總后配發(fā)的2004-1/2野戰(zhàn)手術(shù)車、2005型遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療會(huì)診車增加網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備進(jìn)行數(shù)字化改造,形成野戰(zhàn)醫(yī)療綜合保障平臺(tái),因機(jī)動(dòng)性較方艙醫(yī)院強(qiáng),綜合性能較單一的X線車、手術(shù)車高,能較好地服務(wù)于邊防部隊(duì)官兵、邊遠(yuǎn)群眾和救災(zāi)一線。
This article is for particularity of the Southwest China,missions and tasks of hospital.Diagnosis and treatment equipments for daily medical activities were digitally transformed and integrated into 2 vehicles with 11 miters longth,that formed support vehicle with medical technology comprehensive properties.The container truck transformed and sub-gridded,formed a multifunctional pharmacy.A 2004-1/2 field operation vehicle and a 2005 telemedicine consultation vehicle allotted by the General Logistics Department,were equipped with network equipments for digital transformation.Support vehicles,the multifunctional pharmacy,the field operation vehicle,and the telemedicine consultation vehicle combined into field medical comprehensive support platform.The comprehensive support platform had higher mobility than square cabins hospital,higher comprehensive properties than separated X-ray vehicle and operation vehicle,and could serve border forces officers and soldiers,border area masses,relief line well.
