面向部隊區(qū)域一體化的數(shù)字化健康檔案建設與實踐

摘要： 北京軍區(qū)立足現(xiàn)有衛(wèi)生信息化建設成果,著眼提升部隊官兵健康水平,研發(fā)應用了軍人數(shù)字化健康檔案。系統(tǒng)分析了軍人數(shù)字化健康檔案的建設動因,全面介紹了數(shù)字化健康檔案系統(tǒng)的總體架構、基本功能及應用成效,并結合兩年來的實踐探索,對下一步建設提出了思考。
Based on the existing achievements of heal informationization and to improve the health levels of military personnel,Beijing Military Area Command developed military digital health record.It systematically analyzed the impetus of constructing military digital health record,comprehensively described the overall frame,basic functions and application effects of military digital health record system,and then put forward ideas of further construction combined with the practices of last two years.
