軍隊衛(wèi)勤信息化人才培養(yǎng)機制探討

摘要： 結合軍隊衛(wèi)勤信息化人才隊伍建設存在的問題,著眼軍隊衛(wèi)勤信息化建設發(fā)展趨勢,圍繞衛(wèi)勤信息化人才選拔、培訓、使用問題,進行系統(tǒng)分析思考,提出了構建四個機制的具體對策。
Combining with the problems existing in cultivating information talented workforce of military health service,focusing on the construction development trend of the informationization,and surrounding the health service informationization talent promotion,training,and deployment,it systematically makes the analysis and puts forward the specific countermeasures for constructing four mechanisms.
