醫(yī)院信息整合中的項目管理實踐

摘要: 介紹了解放軍總醫(yī)院在醫(yī)院信息化建設(shè)進(jìn)程中,將項目管理理念與方法應(yīng)用于醫(yī)院信息整合的具體做法和經(jīng)驗總結(jié)。論述了信息整合是醫(yī)院信息化發(fā)展的必然趨勢,是提高醫(yī)院核心競爭力的內(nèi)在需求。項目管理的實踐為醫(yī)院信息整合提供了科學(xué)、系統(tǒng)、有效的管理方法,只有按照通用的項目管理科學(xué)方法和管理技術(shù)對醫(yī)院信息整合進(jìn)行規(guī)劃、實施、控制,才能確保各項工作順利實施。
This paper introduced the methods and experience from the construction of digital hospital in PLA General Hospital while we apply project management theory into construction of hospital information.The information integration is the inevitable trends of development of hospital information,and met the demand of enhancement of the core competitiveness of the hospital.The project management in hospital information provided us a scientific,systematic and effective management method.Using science techniques and management methods in the process of planning, implementation,control of information integration ensure effectiveness in construction of digital hospital
