軍人電子健康檔案的總體設計與建設實踐

摘要： 介紹了醫(yī)院結合醫(yī)療體制改革和總參一體化醫(yī)療服務建設所進行的軍人電子健康檔案建設的情況,分析了項目實施過程中面臨的技術難題和解決方案,總結了健康檔案建設存在的問題,并提出了相應的對策建議。
The paper introduces the hospital construction condition of the military electronic health record which responses to medical system reform and the integration medical service of General Staff Headquarters,introduces the technical problems during the implementation of the project and the corresponding solutions,summarizes the challenges in the electronic health record construction and proposes some corresponding countermeasures.
