摘要: 近年來(lái)醫(yī)院設(shè)置醫(yī)療總值班制度,選拔、培養(yǎng)具有臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)和管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)的人員擔(dān)任值班人員,深入臨床一線,獨(dú)立決策、協(xié)調(diào)和解決問(wèn)題,配合反饋、整改機(jī)制,實(shí)現(xiàn)了醫(yī)療質(zhì)量監(jiān)控實(shí)時(shí)化、醫(yī)療事務(wù)管理扁平化、危機(jī)管理時(shí)限化和醫(yī)療服務(wù)增值化,有效地提升了醫(yī)療服務(wù)質(zhì)量。 A general medical on-duty system has been established in our hospital in the recent years,by which a team of excellent medical workers on duty was selected and trained,who are of rich clinical and managing experience.These workers go to the front line,make independent decisions,coordinate and solve problems and adopt a feedback and corrective mechanism.As a result,a real-time quality monitoring and management flattening have been achieved.Meanwhile,a quick crisis management and value-added service are provided.Therefore the service quality in the hospital has been effectively improved.
