低氧習(xí)服過程對模擬高原急性低氧大鼠肺組織結(jié)構(gòu)的影響

摘要: 目的:觀察低氧習(xí)服對模擬高原低氧大鼠肺組織的影響。方法:32只Wistar大鼠隨機分成4組:常氧對照組(N組,n=8)、急性低氧組(H組,n=8)、3000m低氧習(xí)服+急性低氧組(C3組,n=8)、5000m低氧習(xí)服+急性低氧組(C5組,n=8)。習(xí)服完成后,置于模擬海拔6000m急性低氧24h,觀察動物在不同低氧習(xí)服水平對模擬高原急性低氧大鼠肺組織結(jié)構(gòu)改變。結(jié)果:急性低氧組大鼠肺組織顯微和超微結(jié)構(gòu)出現(xiàn)少量的肺泡性肺水腫,明顯的間質(zhì)性肺水腫;而經(jīng)過低氧習(xí)服后,間質(zhì)性肺水腫明顯減輕,基本無肺泡性肺水腫出現(xiàn)。結(jié)論:低氧習(xí)服可以明顯減輕急性低氧大鼠肺水腫特別是間質(zhì)肺水腫的程度。
Objective:To investigate the effects of hypoxic preconditioning on pulmonary structure of rats exposed rapidly to simulated high altitude hypoxia.Methods:Thirty-two Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups: normal control group (N group, n=8), acute hypoxic group (H group, n=8), 3 000 m hypoxic preconditioning + acute hypoxic group (C3 group, n=8), 5 000 m hypoxic preconditioning + acute hypoxic group (C5 group, n=8). After treated with hypoxic preconditioning according to different hypoxic conditions, animals were exposed to a simulated altitude of 6 000 m for 24 h. Then the structural changes of their lungs were observed.Results:Obvious pulmonary interstitial edema and slight alveolar edema was observed in H group under light microscope and electron microscope. Compared with H group, pulmonary interstitial edema was significantly relieved and less alveolar edema was found in two hypoxic preconditioning groups(C3 group and C5 group).Conclusions:Hypoxic preconditioning can improve significantly the hypoxic pulmonary edema induced by acute hypoxia in rats.
