健康管理與干部預(yù)防保健策略

摘要： 健康管理是現(xiàn)代生物醫(yī)學(xué)與先進(jìn)的信息化管理技術(shù)的有機(jī)結(jié)合,是應(yīng)對當(dāng)今世界慢性非傳染性疾病的挑戰(zhàn)、適應(yīng)醫(yī)療服務(wù)模式轉(zhuǎn)變的有效措施。將健康管理技術(shù)與服務(wù)引入干部預(yù)防保健領(lǐng)域,建立符合保健對象特點與需求的健康管理平臺,對保健對象實施健康體檢、健康評價與健康改善一體化的綜合保健服務(wù),將提高保健對象的健康水平。健康管理不僅為保健工作提供了理論與方法支持,而且將提高保健對象的自我保健意識與能力,并為國家預(yù)防及醫(yī)療保健戰(zhàn)略的制定提供依據(jù)。
Health management is the organic combination of modern biomedicine and advanced information technology.It is the effective action forus to cope with the challenge from chronic non-contagion diseases and adapt to the transformation of medical service patterns.Through introducing the health management service into the field of precaution and health care,founding the health management platform that meets the characteristics and demands of cared leaders,and carrying out the integrative service of health check-up,health evaluation and health improvement,the health level of cared subjects will be much improved.The health management will not only provide the concept and method that support our health work,but also promote their self-knowledge and abilities about health care,and supply the basis for establishing the medical health care strategies in our country.
