軍演應(yīng)激狀態(tài)對(duì)官兵部分生理生化指標(biāo)的影響

摘要： 目的探討軍事演習(xí)應(yīng)激狀態(tài)下官兵部分生理生化指標(biāo)的變化。方法選擇陸軍官兵133人為研究對(duì)象,分別在軍演前1天和軍演結(jié)束后1天用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法(ELISA)測(cè)定血清可溶性腫瘤壞死因子受體-1(sTNFR-1)和血清可溶性細(xì)胞間黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)水平,放射免疫法(RIA)測(cè)定血清胃泌素(G)和睪酮(T)水平,生化法檢測(cè)血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量,并探討這些指標(biāo)變化與心理應(yīng)激的關(guān)系。結(jié)果參加軍演后的官兵血清sTNFR-1、sICAM-1、T、MDA水平均升高,G、SOD水平均降低,與軍演前比較有顯著性差異(P<0.05);與70名曾參加過軍演的官兵比較,63名未參加過軍演者的血清sTNFR-1、sICAM-1、MDA水平升高更為明顯(P<0.05),血清SOD水平降低亦更為明顯(P<0.05),而G、T的變化則無明顯差異(P>0.05)。結(jié)論軍演時(shí)官兵處于較強(qiáng)的生理應(yīng)激狀態(tài),導(dǎo)致機(jī)體在免疫、抗氧化能力、胃腸激素、性激素等方面出現(xiàn)一系列變化;加強(qiáng)平時(shí)軍事訓(xùn)練可以提高部隊(duì)指戰(zhàn)員應(yīng)對(duì)軍事應(yīng)激的能力。
Objective To investigate the influence of military exercise on some biochemical indexes in soldiers.Methods The level of serum soluble tumor necrosis factor receptor-1(sTNFR-1)and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1)were determined with ELISA in peripheral blood of 133 servicemen who participated in the excercise before and after the military exercise.At the same time,the levels of serum gastrin and tetosterone were determined by radioimmunassay(RIA),the level of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malonyl dialdehyde(MDA)were determined by biochemical methods.The correlation between the changes in these contents and psychological stress was studied.Results The levels of serum sTNFR-1,sICAM-1,testosterone and MDA of 133 servicemen increased after the military exercise compared with that of before the exercise(P<0.05).However,the levels of gastrin and SOD of the soldiers were lower after exercise than that of before exercise(P<0.05).The levels of serum sTNFR-1,sICAM-1,testosterone and MDA in 70 servicemen,who had taken part in another military exercise were compared with that of 63 persons who did not participate in the exercise,showed that there was no significant difference(P<0.05).Also no significant difference was found in the levels of serum gastrin and SOD between the 70 servicemen who had participated in another military exercise and 63 persons who hadn't(P>0.05).Conclusion As a strong stress,military exercise can inhibit the immunological function and produce changes in emotional state,gastroenterological hormones,sex hormones etc.It is necessary to carry out mental and physiological training,so that the ability of servicemen to withstand the military stress can be improved.
